Our Guarantee
We know musical instruments is different, you need to touch and play it to know the sound and making craft. So we welcome your trial order. You may return or exchange any of your item purchases within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty on most instruments, case, bows and accessories.

Shipping
Normally we ship the violin and viola, case, bows, accesories by DPD. And If the order over EUR300, it is free shipping. If less than EUR300. The freight cost detial is as followed:

Italy, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Luxemburg, Estonai, Demark, Latvia, Ireland, Bulgaria, lithuania, Belgium: EUR20-EUR30(0-30kgs)
Gdrmany, Slovenia: EUR15-EUR22(0-30kgs)
Austria, Slovakia, Poland: EUR15-EUR20(0-30kgs)
Romania: EUR18-UER25(0-30 kgs)
